Selling
Pricing
We will begin with a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), a strong estimate of what your home is valued at based comparable homes. I will also advise you on the market conditions, associated taxes, selling costs, and value-added repairs; ensuring we establish a competitive price you are financially comfortable with.
Preparing
Our next step is to prepare your home to appeal to a wide range of buyers. From decluttering and staging to making low-cost repairs and updates, I will advise you on which measures will add the most value and which will garner buyers’ attention. Marketing
A marketing plan will be customized to suit your home, your individual needs, as well as current market conditions. Along with exposure on MLS®, traditional media, and social media advertising, I will also connect with local estate contacts and agents to ensure your home receives the attention it deserves.

I am also here to connect you to a network of trusted contacts; from lenders and lawyers, to appraisers and home inspectors — with my support, you will have access to the services you need throughout the entire process.
The Design Difference
Complimentary Consult
From helping you choose paint colours, to advising on hardware + lighting updates, I am here to help you prepare your home to be both appealing to buyers and to stand out from comparable properties.
Light Staging
The goal is to have a home that feels lived-in so buyers feel comfortable but also decluttered and depersonalized so they can see themselves living there rather than the family that currently does. This can be done using neutral items you already have, items I bring in, or a mixture of both.
Virtual Staging
This service is ideal for vacant properties to showcase each space at their highest potential — virtually staged photos help buyers see how well a home can function and how beautiful it can be — often resulting in attention grabbing photos
